Cannot claim promo

I have 495 coins and more than 2 forum credits, but I can't claim the promo. It says Sorry. Too many people with your IP have already claimed this promo. but I have only had 1 account claim the promo and i was trying to get it on my 2nd one. Please fix the bug

yes the same happened with my storage account also and needs to be fixed .

good thing it didnt happen to me and that i claimed the promo yesterday with two of my accounts

I've heard many people can't get more than one promo. Not sure if it's a bug or done on purpose...

Log in using the home login page and not by using linked accounts. That should solve it.
