What is the strongest move againtst celebi at battle tower. what pokemon ,level ,moves..
Please be helpful and give me some suggestions please

Just use V-Create, Blizzard, and Toxic, there are no x4 weaknesses in Creed. Also the Battle Tower is really hard to beat, not a lot of people have beaten it because they use strong attacks.
