Honestly, reputationn shows nothing for a player. You could have high reputation and be themost mean spririted person on creed or the otheer way around.

The accountant has to do jobs too. And we can only have 15 people to keep thee cash flow to a maximum

all pays to the accountant. the account keeps 1/4 of that earned. the accountant then, at the end of the week, sends the 3/4 of the money to the rest of the 14 members of the group. the account has to carry out jobs too, like the rest of the members. i think i can handle all that. anything i missed?

I read it and I think I got it. I understand if it's too late for me to be a member but if I ask for 7 magby (current lab task) and I receive 20 coins for completing it, I get five coins and y'all get 15? That's a really nice idea. Take this as a bump before you open the shop (if I'm not already late)
