you can get 1 by beating players throne at your town,donating the most safes at the bank,1 for winning the daily raffle,not sure about any others atm

You also get one from winning the fishing contest, which you would need a rod first, smallest number contest, and hitdown contest.

The easiest one would probably be hitdown. It is for me because I have fast internet but if yours lags here in there it might be a little difficult.

Yes we would get a ribbon in fishing contest as long as you're 1st or 2nd place.
