I'm not really concerned about it too much but everytime I log off and login there is always a pokemon that was removed from my party and sent back to my box. (Actually it only happens to 2 of my pokemon which's is my Charizard or Mewtwo that gets removed) Just curious, has this been happening to anyone else?

Just do this.
"If you want to send slots 2-6 to your box click here." You'll see that when you click Your Pokemon.
Just click the "here" button and reform your party. Just do this again if that bug will happen again.

i dont know why but this happens to everyone and when i had exp share on one of my pokemon i log of then log in one or more went back to my box it might be because of an item

Well I'm glad to see I'm not the only one this happens to. But none of my pokemon are holding any items and I mean it's not a big problem it can just get really annoying after a while.

Go to your pokemon and click the remove pokemon 2-6 then log out of pokemon creed then log back in and then return your pokemon to the slots you want,this and solved the problem for a few already.
