I've had this happen a few times right after trading for something. I get the pokemon and it's marked NFT. It's not a huge bug, but this is annoying and it has nothing to do with someone logging in to your account.

Are you sure it wasn't a poke in just traded to you? The previous owner's preference is kept on the poke until changed

I believe it's what Tyizor said.
If some has a Pokemon on NFT and they create the trade to you with that Pokémon, it stays on NFT. |

Its happened to me before, I hope they make a patch for this, gets quite annoying.
