Yes you beat them easily you can't catch missingno at any point of the game but you can catch a glitch pokemon called shiny

ok but everytime i hit it missingno heal himself

It's really easy get six pokemons(preferred are ghost) to almost the same level and teach them the move bolt strike and keep hitting the Missingno until you faint it(Using Toxic will help a lot) and when it faints it will disintegrate to odd key which you can use to unlock the unown tower

yep u can always try poisoning the pokemon and then using the strongest move against it..

Bolt strike is a good attack to use when fighting missingo.

I only met missingo once at the begging of the game and lost because I had 2 level 10 pokes. How id you find him in safari zone? I spent an hour trying to find him. I guess I'm not lucky.

Use boltstike to defeat it but using Toxic would be very helpful as well.
