You don't need to be good at math for a markup language. For a programming language however, you should have a good knowledge of maths. Getting a name in google hall of fame is also quite a challenge. People mostly associated with security get their names up on that list.

Pokemon RPG you mean? You must spend lot of year learning it.. Unless you can learn HTML, JavaScript and PHP in a fast way.
Oh and one more, why no one mention MySQL too? You need to know how to use Database so as to make a login page and some other thing.
