Base is level 5 exactly.
un base is level 6 and above
Honestly, reputationn shows nothing for a player. You could have high reputation and be themost mean spririted person on creed or the otheer way around.

unbase it mean if a pokemon is over lvl 5

base = lv5 newly caught brand new while unbase is any other level than 5 so base are worth more in trades and sales

base is level5 and unbase is over level 5 base are worth much more then unbase not normals but colored pokes

Base is Pokemon that are currently lv 5. Unbase are pokes that aren't lv 5 and make them rate lower. if you get a poke (Luminous/Golden/Rainbow/Cursed/Shadow) Poke make sure you keep it at lv 5 to get more for it
