It is okay. Good for a smartphone but you need a computer for good quality. Have you found a way to use Gimp? I personally don't like Froakie the pokemon itself so not really going to comment.

Looks pretty good although the tepig effect doesn't seem well on it. Try using more effects though try making it more of a variation to the effects. 8.1/10
