I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but here is the problem: earlier today I purchased 1 shinypansage, now I am trying to purchase another shinypansage. I keeping a message that states "stop being greedy, you have already received this promo." It is true that I have received one from the promo shop, but the promo shop states that it is against the rules to claim more than 2 promos per household. All in all,I can only claim one.

You have to buy the promo on another account. And you can only receive 2 per Ip.
