You wanted to make a Pokemon RPG? You dont need to learn C++ then.. Learn PHP, HTML and Java will do. - From what i know.
Learn yourself is the best way.. what if that person quit and then you cant update? GIYBF! Google It!

Codecademy.com is a great resource for Html, css, php, and a few more. Would definitly start out learninig Html as it is basics for almost everything. CSS is it's compliment program to enhance. Don't use w3schools if you are not able to focus by yourself or need hands on tutorials. I would only use w3schools if you are comfortable reading and understanding by yourself.
