I have a Wailord and a ShinyWeezing. I was about to change my Wailord to the first place in the "party" and then it's gone! And now I have "two" ShinyWeezings, why did that happened? everytime I go to the W letter my Wailord appears but I can't link it to [0][1][2] places. Why did that happen?

It's just lag, to fix it either log out and back in or click on "here" where it says "If you want to send slots 2-6 to your box click here." that is located in your pokemon.

It happens alot with me. I hav to logout and come back in to fix it. Its the lag mostly :)

It happens alot to me but it's not due to lag, if I have a borrowed poke and the owner takes it back, then all my pokemon move with 1 slot and they can't be replaced, I need to get them off then on again, it's annoying

it happens but I just have pokemon coming out of my team so if you could take the the first one out then put it in box then reload
