Which pokemon needs a movie?

The pokemon I think needs a movie is Volcarona. That pokemon shows up in the pokemon B/W game as a legendary but you don't see/or hear much about it!

I think a movie would be cool with Jigglypuff since he spent much ash or watching a movie about the Pokemon caterpie many insects are despised
