1. Please don't asking this question in this section, it's not even belong to Question/Help. Better asking in chat room.
2. If someone asking you for coins, just said no, then block them in block setting.
(because too many scammers using this trick)

If people say they are new and asking for coins then click on their name to check if they are new? Don't give away coins to random people!:P Scammers in most cases.

Check and see if they have the same Ip address if so don't do it but if it is actually someone new than its your choice.
