It is pretty cool. Sometimes the color messes up which is why i usually don't make animations. I still think you did a great job. Can you make a rainbow oshawott for me? I would rate 8/10

i would rate it 7.5/10 it too bright and the colour moves in different patterns at some parts it goes really fast

Um I'd rate it a 6.5/10 since one of his feet stay the same color and the lighting doesn't quite move at a certain pace and they go all whiley niley

It looks a little odd with the movement, but it's still good. Maybe show it standing still next to the moving one. 7/10

4/10. Not really cool just added colors to a moving sprite. Try adding effects if possible to make it better.

Its cool and nice.!
But some colors movements are not nice.. Nice try :)

Good start man i know u'll improve... Like everyone said The color movement is the only thing messing it up but its a good effort so 7/10
