Ok i just got a used laptop from rent a center and when i turned it on there was so much stuff on the laptop, could someone help me or tell me how i can restore the laptop almost like i just got it? Please i need help

Just delete all of the random stuff you don't need. That should clear it up

When you're turning it on, keep pressing like, f11 or something? There should be an option for factory reset somewhere in there. Just do that and it'll be as good as new!

set it back to factory settings then everything will be cleared
