Lattice Multiplication
Lattice multiplication is named after some lattice thing where vines grow on it,I'm sure some people have seen it before.Lattice multiplication is just another(And less known)way to do multiplication.Because there is no way I can show you it using keyboard characters, here's a youtube video on it.

Lattice is much easier for me. I'm the only one in my class that still uses it. They all use the Traditional Multiplication way. Traditional way can be confusing at sometimes and lattice isn't. (At least in my opinion.)

I remember solving Lattice Multiplication problems so fast in 5th grade, that my teacher would always look at me funny like I was a genius. xD

Really? For me it's the opposite...We had a math competition in my 5th Grade class once and I kept getting all the prizes because I solved the problems first...Now on lattice it's just a little slower for me,since it's new,but so far it is actually less confusing but I keep forgetting where those lines go.

Lattice multiplication... I think I remember that... It was in an early grade, something like 5th or 4th grade, it was my favorite way of doing multiplication, and it was pretty easy. I remember it had something to do with a square, it had a lot of lines, and it had numbers on the side, and I was pretty good at it. I always got so many A+'s in math class, cause I was so good at it.
Do not mess with the shiny Metagross...

I think I did that in fourth(fifth) grade. It took twice as long and made me miss more things. Then interesting thing was that I skipped 4th grade and went to high ability. So I missed learning the traditional method until after I learned lattice. I think lattice multiplication provides a good base for learning the traditional method.
