can i get one for free? on a lucario? i want its colors to be black and red. i mean, the blue parts of lucario become red, and black parts become more black, and the outlines be orange? i hope if i was able to explain well.

can you make one on scizor? with red replaced with green, and his scythes(or claws) colored blue? and make it big?
