Since new players are easily obtaining high level Pokemon within a few days of signing up, I present one of two options.

1.) Increase the levels of all the Gyms.
2.) Put a level cap on all the Gyms.

One hit KO-ing makes it so that Gyms are almost pointless (other than fighting Mysterious Trainer), it's just clicking for about 15 minutes.

What do you guys think?

I think putting a level cap on all Gym's sound alot better. When you have a very high level Pokemon against a level 160 and less it is pretty pointless. I did mine with low level Pokemon and for that reason would like others to do the same as me. I think that this change should be in a very quick update as then it will make the game harder... Not alot harder but harder non the less.

I've made mine with a level 500 pokemon, it took me like 5 minutes for all, they should increase the level of the gyms not put a level cap

Why can't the level of the gyms increase with your pokemon like the Mysterious Trainer does? I like the sound of that. :p

Good idea! It should depending on the highest leveled Pokemon in your party. There can be a formula to determine the level of Pokemon in the Gym.

I like the though of the lvls of the gym are constantly increasing as your pokemon with the highest level increases. it could provide the new players with something more challenging.

I like the idea of Gym Leaders level increasing like the Mysterious Trainer's own mew. Would make everything much difficult and still be good to train as a new member.

the gym levels should be proportional to your pokemon level, just like it is for npcs, when i fought the gyms, i flew through them because my pokemon were level 1k+ (which was no fun btw :P) great idea!

I also prefer the idea about the increased level of the gyms like the Mysterious Trainer to make the gyms a little bit challenging for new players and get a bit high experience points.

not a good idea if new players are getting high level pokes its nice it gives them chance to prosper why take that from them!!!and also its good have a high poke in ur team makes it easy to win gyms not a good idea!!!

i like this but i started the old fasion way with a equal level as the gym leaders pokemon

Idk but Gyms r like pointless in this game. If u make em with the level cap maybe it would be a source of training but i dont think its worth the effort 5/10
