need help how i can win them with what pokemons?with what moves?

Depends on what tower, Snorlax,Blissey,Rainbow..? There are guides for some of them already so.

Try using pokemon that resist against the pokemon your battling. And use moves that are super effective against them. And keep all your pokemon on your team same level so it will be easier. I haven't really done towers but this might help. :)
