what exp all do ?it divide or multiply the amount or exp and give the same to all 6 pokemons ?

When its attached to one of the pokemon on you roster the exp you get while battling is SHARED between all 6 pokemon,
Example - if you get 6 mill exp per battle normally = then each pokemon gets 1 mill exp each battle.
