How do you earn Legendaires I know some of them say in the towers but, how do you get stuff like Crused Lugia? Please and thank you

Legends
Most of the color legends came from the promo center, every once in a while Da man will put one up as the promos. A good share of the Normal Legend can be bought from the Game Corner with coins.
