See i wanted to save my money and coins up for TM(toxic) but i want to know is it a one time use on pokemon, or if i want to remove it can i learn it again without paying?

1 time used, if you remove it, you need to buy again to place in your poke's attack. Only on a pokemon. Means if you buy 1, only 1 pokemon can learn it.

It a once time move, once you teach toxic to an pokemon, you can't teach it to another pokemon until you buy it again from the dep store (or trade for the move). and once the pokemon have the move, you can't remove and put it on another pokemon.
