how do people get colored text?

i saw people on creed having colored names. how did that happen? i can't find any settings for it. can someone tell me exactly where is this setting of changing color of your username, and make it sparkle?

You need Gradient A-Z then only you can make your text coloured. You can get it from Lucky Dip..

what are the chances/probability of getting gradient a-z? is it an item? if it is an item, can you show its icon/a screenshot? we can get almost anything from lucky dip and mostly i get either money or coins or stones, so i wanted to know the rough chances of it happening.
