well, i don't know exactly, but i have heard that you are allowed to make at least three accounts. but it is useless, because you can buy only two promos, and you can't trade between them because of the trade cap. you will have to do triple work, so, making only one account to buy two promos makes sense, i don't know why even making a third account seems a good idea to other players on pokemon creed. i suggest, you make only two.

also u are allowed to make a maximum of 2 -3 accounts . as no one has said till now .. check this page :
