which promo did you purchase because I think PokemonCreed admins can find out the purchase unless you're lying and get a free promo... but its a real glitch, just ocntact an admin about this and send them screenshots about it

Like Gorzen said. I think you should contact an admin if you indeed purchased the promo. It may be a glitch and you might be able to get your pokemon that you paid for. ^_^
