i just wanted to know, does having the first promo claimed make any importance? i created a thread yesterday, where i asked if there was a way to know if my promo was the first promo claimed, and the result...yes! so, is having the first promo claimed make it any special?

not really i have clamed it first before and the only thing you get is a rare candy. which has a 10% chance of turning a lvl 5 poke into a lvl 4 which are rare

so, that means rare candy reduces level by 1? and i thought it increases level.....how much are those pokemon worth? the reduced level pokemon?

no it does increase it but 10% chance out 0f 100% it reduces. dont know how much as i never had one
