how to evolve without leveling up?
i wanted to ask, is there a way to obtain a pokemon, who can only be obtained by evolving, is there way to get it at level 5? for this, i can explain better with an example. lets say, i want a drifblim at level 5, how can i obtain a drifblim at level 5?

Unless that pokemon comes out as a promo then no you cant get it at level 5.
