Pokemon Tazum:: The New Region

One day in the Tazum Region,new trainers who knew nothing about the pokemon of Tazum,were gifted boxes where their pokemon were.After that,they were asked to go to the lab to receive their very first pokemon.You are one of them,and your journey starts at Starfall Town!

Rules:

1. Know the Basics.
2. I will say when your pokemon can evolve regardless it's level.
3. Any rules broken = Ban or a warning.

Info:

1. There is new pokemon!
2. If you battle there will most likely not be a winner unless someone gives up because I can't think of a way to make that part not boring while being organized at the same time.
3. No making up fake pokemon.Only I can.((I don't make the pictures,I just bring them up.))

Carter was making his way through Starfall town. he thought this was different now though, there was a bulkaff waiting for him, and he wanted to see it! He then rushed to the pokemon lab to get his new pal from the professor.
