if your talking about the estate agency, it where you can purchase a house to plant your berries in.

Well, estate agencies are used to to plant berries and store particular items which aren't of any use as of yet. Higher the level of your estate more the berries you can plant and faster they grow.
Not all legends are about victory. Some are about struggle, finding out who you are and your reason for being.
