trainer (dark ally) if u dont have toxic fight with Swimmer Richard's in npc fights its true along with that u can get nice experience if you battle with Dragon Tamer but you need ghost poke I prefer golet or golurk

Yeah, Swimmer Richard is a good start. Beating him a lot can result in lots of money and trainer exp. I myself haven't fought the guy in the alley but I know he is an excellent start if you can fight him. If you have an exp all, you should use that.
