can someone tell me what is the best photo editor that can be used for the signatures,i am only using paint that's why my signatures are not that good,please also give me a link where can i download it for free if possible,thanks guys...

You can use Paint.net,Photoshop, or GIMP. The main used photo editing sites.

I don't think the paint.net link is right. And you install GIMP 2.8.2. It's not on the internet,it's a photo editing program.
