What, in your opinion, is the easiest way to get a rare pokemon like a legendary or a Rainbow, Luminous, etc. ? I always want to find a legendary but never can and DO NOT INCLUDE A REGICE.

You get legendaries from Games corner. And colored pokemon from promo,auction house, or trading.

Your best bet for colored pokemon is promos or auction house, legendaries are found on the game corner, you just have to scroll down.
