I am opening a training center...but idk where to put it in forums!help.

Go To Forums>Market/Trades>New Thread>Training Gym :)
I Hope You Understood But As u seems alot of new towards forums i will make it clear :)
Go To forums then click market/trades area then you will see option new thread click it and then type your title and words rates specials etc.
Then click post thread ur gym is ready :O
