PokeMorph: Saving Arceus

Let's get one thing straight, PokeMorphs are not Gijinkas. PokeMorphs are 95% Pokemon and 5% Human. Gijinkas are 50% Pokemon 50% Human. PokeMorphs are pokemon that resemble humans, but not too human-ish. So here is our plot:

Arceus has had enough of pokemon being enslaved by cruel people, so he just transformed them all into PokeMorphs. But Arceus' enemy, Darkeus, an experiment by human scientists' using Arceus' and Darkrai's DNA into Mewtwo's body. So it's up to the PokeMorphs.

Rules:
1.
No 1HKOs in this, they aren't needed. This is counted as Godmodding/Powerplay.
2.
Use common sense, EX: Pikachu was 2miles away, so Donphan teleported-... That's just ridiculous... This counts as using logic.
3.
No legendary pokemon. The only legends allowed are NPC's and they are: Darkeus, Arceus, Mew, Darkrai, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina.
4.
Use good grammar and punctuation. (Quotation marks are for speech, punctuation end/enhance a sentence.)
5.
Please know all other basics.

The young Raichu walked through town, picking up a package. The salesman wasn't there, but his package was. So he took it and left, as he got home, another pokemon was there- a dragonair? "Ehmm? What are you doing?" The very confused Yugi asked. "Why shouldn't I be here?" The dragonair asked. "You don't live here, please go home." Yugi said, the dragonair left. He went inside and noticed a dark ball in the middle. "What?" he muttered. "You... must... find... Cry..sss...tal..." An old voice said, faded now. The dark ball disappeared. "What?" Yugi asked.

Jason is calm cool,and has known Carter for a long time,thinking that he was a nerd,and needed his help,but Jason discovers it is much more than that. It was getting dark outside.Crystal was scared.She didn't exactly know what she was running away from,but she knew it was bad.It was starting to storm,and the wind was getting stronger.Crystal suddenly was swept off her feet,and blown away.

Later,when she awoke,she was in some sort of town.She looked around.She must have landed in this alley,for a few roof tiles from the house next to her had been knocked off.She saw a dragonair slither away,then a sparkling light.It was going pretty fast,but something drew her to it.She started chasing it,speeding past pokemon in the town,until it fazed through someone's house!

Crystal,finally making up her mind,knocked on the door.

Yugi heard the knock, so answered, "Ummm...Hello?" He said, peeping at the mew-like pikachu. He opened the door and asked, "Umm... Is there... a errmm.......reason, umm, you're here?" The short, thin raichu asked. His bright, purple eyes scanned the visitor.

"Uh...I saw a sparkling flying light come in here,and I,uh,was wondering if it was still in here...(Oh Arceus I sound like a Derp) Uh...I'm Crystal...I'm,uh,not from around here,so,uh..." "Well, that's the most normal thing that's happened today. Hey, wait, did you say you were- Crystal? There was this shadowy orb that said I must find you..." He said, then being hit in the face by a newspaper. It read that- "Arceus gone...MISSING?!" he yelled. "Do you think-" "Yugi, don't say it..." Yami's soul said. "That by destiny, we've been chosen as partners to find Arceus?" "Yugi!" Yami's soul yelled.
