He closed his eyes and thought, "Yami, forgive me.." He took the chain off of his neck, and neatly set down the golden pendant. His bright purple eyes let out tears, the child-like teenager dropped onto his knees and forced his head to the ground. The two silver clones, left, along with the others. "Wh-what... WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME??!!" He yelled, crying his heart out. He wanted to grasp the puzzle but couldn't, so he tried to kill himself with his collar, but Yami's words echoed through his head, "I wouldn't do that if I were you..." Even the thought of Yami comforted him. He arose, and asked again, "What do you want from me?" His violet eyes were calmed, just because of the thought of Yami.

Link walks about confused "Me and Yugi and Gale were suposed to meet here!" Link says boredly 'Sorry I'm late!" gale says catching his breath and looking around "Wheres Yugi?" He asks

ShadowCharmander looks around crazily for Yugi. He remembered Yugi had to meet up with Gale and Link. It rushed to Link and motioned for them to follow. When they got to Yugi's house, there was a hole in his room.

The figure's eyes started to glow as aura surrounded the puzzle. "Just so you don't get any ideas, child..." The very object then started to appear burn without fire, and as the Puzzle dissolved the aura surrounding it seemed to vanish with it. Soon enough, the glow vanished from the Umbreon's eyes. "Don't bother even looking for it. Yami is forbidden to play, for he encourages cheating..." The Umbreon stepped back and looked to the others. "Leave NOW!" s/he snapped. All the others fled, but before Yugi could run away he was picked up by a Pokemon's Psychic. "You must stay, though, as I explain my game."

Yugi watched his prized possesion, Yami and the Millennium Puzzle, dissolve before his own eyes. "What did you do to him?!" he demanded. He was full of rage and sadness torwards the umbreon. "What and who are you?" he mutters. He thought of where his best friends were. Tears ran down his pale face, as the umbreon stared into his eyes. He couldn't move, and looked much like a doll. He cleared his mind then asked, "What's the game?"

"Do not worry, for your friend is somewhere safe where no one can reach him. No one but I and my Lady Sakura." The Umbreon then walked to the left slowly. "I used to be a great warlord, by the name Seliniako Ippotis. Believe it or not, these very grounds were once the great house of Lady Sakura and Lord Vankuren. Vankuren was my master, and Sakura was my queen. Me and Vankuren conquered many others, and we were a happy family. However, as years went by Vankuren died, then Sakura died. I have passed with them, and to this day guard the house my two masters lost." Seliniako then glanced back at Yugi. "But enough about storytime, Yugi. This game I have in store is a little scavenger hunt." Seliniako then lowered Yugi to the ground, however he was still gripped by the psychic energy, so he couldn't move. "Here's the game; You must find three items in this house, guarded by beings who even I can't get pass. You are able to bypass them, and I need those three objects. When you find them in at most three days and no more, I will give back the Millennium Puzzle and free you, keeping you safe from harm from this house. If you don't bring those objects back in time...." Seliniako then levitated a voodoo doll of Yugi, and then started to change it's appearance; changing the buttons which were his eyes from purple to black with red in the middle, painting it grey, and other things, until throwing the doll to the ground. Yugi then felt pain in his eye and arms, and a burning sensation throughout his body. "...Expect the same for you as the doll experienced. I will allow the demons of this house to torment you and turn you into their slaves; that is, until they've had their fun with you. You will be trapped here forever, and you will be forced to like the taste of blood from your victims." Seliniako then walked up to Yugi. "Do you understand?" The Umbreon Warlord released Yugi from the psychic grip, and he nodded shakily. "Good." When he then walked away, he was stopped once more by his/her voice. "Wait! Do not mention my name to anyone but your closest friends, or the game is over and you lose."

Yugi couldn't help but think when he was mindless. The voodoo doll just reminded him of his past self. Why did they want him? Is Darkrai anxious to have him back? He didn't know. He asked a simple question before he started, "If I lost, what would you do to Yami?" He thought of many horrible things they could do to Yami. He also thought, "What could a dead warlord want? I can only think of one thing.... 3 items. Think, Yugi, Think! I don't want harm torwards Yami.. They can eat me alive, just spare Yami.." He tightened his eyes, "Think! Think, you-..... No... I can't even think this to myself.." He spoke one last time, "If this is a trick.. I could never forgive you bringing pain to Yami."

"I do not want to bring pain to you or your friend, but I must send you for my lords miss me. As I said, child, Yami was and will be hidden away to a place only I and my masters can enter. No one else can retrieve him, and if you fail he will be safely hidden away so his powers won't be abused." Seliniako then threw something to Yugi. He caught it, and saw a rock with a big hole in it. "This will help you in your quest for those items. Remember these things, Yugi. You, your friends, and my masters count on you to finish this game. Besides that, the abstract rock isn't just for looks. It will help you in your time of need." Seliniako then faded away, and the house remained quiet.

Yami was freed from the Puzzle as a soul. He looked around and asked, "Where...Am I?... And where's Yugi? Is anyone here? Hello?" He was beginning to panic, maybe this place was like any other, no one could hear him. Maybe not, maybe someone could here him. He kept asking his panicking questions, "Why am I here? Can anyone hear me?" He dropped onto his knees, "YUGI! Where are you?!" He began yelling curses and screaming just.. Screams... When he thought he heard footsteps, he was about to go back into the Puzzle.

(Yugi's POV)
"This rock...Helping me? How?" he muttered quietly, looking for any items guarded. He wished Yami was there with him.

Link and gale get ready with their weapons and follow shadow charmander
"Link, should we trust this guy?" Navi asks Link "Quiet Navi." Link glares at the zubat "Would both of you shut up for a SECOND?!?" Gale yells at the 2 of them then continues to follow shadow charmander

As they entered the mansion, ShadowCharmander, and ShadowCharmander only, heard Yami's screams. They spotted Yugi, who was extremely nervous and worried. He held a small, triangular rock with a gaping hole in it. (I saw the rock, but I don't know what it does XD) He saw Gale, Link, and ShadowCharmander, but ignored them. ShadowCharmander lunged a hug torwards Yugi. He didn't care, but he smiled a bit. There were dirt marks on his face, and was smudged a bit by his sweat. He didn't want Yami to be away from him forever, and he sure didn't want him to be in the hands of Selianko.

Yami heard them come closer, he panicked and went in the Puzzle. He walked around in the maze-like area. He had wondered what Yugi was up to, but knew Yugi was mentally strong, so he'd get past any trick or game. He peeked out, but no one was there. "Where am I? Where is Yugi? What is Yugi doing? Am I going to die?" he muttered. He came back out, and the Puzzle levitated on his neck, where it should be. "Hello? Where am I? Is anyone here? Yugi? Is that you? Can anyone hear me?" He asked, beginning to yell.

"hey, whats the rock?" Link asks examining it "i have 3 rocks i found 1 in a Tree, One in a Volcano and one in a Fish, Dont ask." Link says taking out the 3 stones [you must login to view images] <-Thats what the stones look like
"...Wheres Yami?" Gale asks looking about wishing to see him "I dont think he is here..." Navi says

(I'm expecting a ghost slap .3.)

Even hearing Yami's name, "H-h...H-h-he's ...... GONE!!! I can't get him back for now... I can't tell you any more of this.. Or... or... or... Something very bad will happen... And then I'll know I'll never see Yami ever again.." He began crying. "I'm sorry." He said in a very pitiful, sorrowful voice that no one could resist but feel sorry for him. "I worked 8 years nonstop to complete the Millennium Puzzle, and before my own eyes, it had vanished.. Vanished, I tell you. After you leave this mansion, and I don't come with you, never come back. I have to get back to something..." he said, running away from all of them.

Yami kept walking north, asking if anyone was there. He never got his answer. Just faded foot step noises. They weren't his, and he was a bit worried. "Hello?" he asked. "Alone... Nobody's here... Or maybe there is... Could this possibly be the afterlife?" Every step he took, heat got more and more intense. He took off his jacket, which didn't help much. Usually, his eyes were a crimson color, but they turned a dark purple, this meant he was upset.

"Oh okay" Link and gale say "Soooo why do you have that triangle rock thingy?" Link asks "He said he cant tell you that Link." Gale sighs "well This certainly will suck," Both Link and gale agree with each other "I wonder if these stones i got might help us out..." Link says staring at the green, Blue and Red stones "I dont know why i got them or found them important." Link sighs "well maybe its worth a try?" Gale says not really sure what will happen "You know we're gonna try to help you" Gale, Link and Navi say

(How come in the TV show Yami's eyes were purple most of the time, I blame 4kids for it .3. But to be fair, I used to never be able to tell them apart .3.)

(-.- Because 4Kids!TV sucks. I watch it on NickToons. Also, I watched Season0 on YouTube, and Yami was UBER creepy and had red eyes. You won't believe how many people he killed in cold blood. XD )
Yugi just straight out punched them both. "It's best you don't help. I wish I could tell you why, but I just can't. Just... JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!! You may or may not care if Yami's disconnected from the real world forever, but I do!" He walked away. "I'd like to tell you, but we aren't too good of friends for you to know."

Yami paced through the area. He wondered when he was going to leave, or if Yugi was there. "Hello?...." He knew he'd probably never see anyone ever again. "Someone? Anyone? PLEASE!!!" Tears began dropping off of his face, as he kept walking. After an hour, he nearly went crazy, and was already talking to himself. His eyes were temporarily crossed, and his shoulders twitched.
