Weird duplicating bug.

This keeps on happening repeatedly to all my pokemon no matter what. and whenever I log out one of my pokemon dissapears into my box, and when I try to move my pokemon around it keeps on duplicating. More help plz

it does that sometimes all you got to do to fix it is sign off and sign back on and will fix it
