I'll do my best to be constructive, and give you some help
General stuff for both:
As I can see, you need to improve your use of text within your signatures. A good rule to follow is never to put the text in the corner. It tends to take the focus away from whatever your focal is. In this case your focal is the Pokemon. A good rule of thumb is

Text hugs focal

This is generally good because it'll add to focal is pretty easy to follow. Of course, there will be certain exceptions to the rule, as there is every rule. But it's good to know them before you break them, that way you can break them smartly. If you wanna do some further reading on the subject, I'll post a section full of good tutorials at the bottom of this post. Another thing that will help with all your work in general, not just text is layer styles

What I like about them is that you seem to be creating a basis in what is called 'flow'. Flow is handy because it helps to direct the eye towards the render. What you've got is quite subtle but the image below will point it out. The green will point out what contributes to the flow, while the red will point out what disrupts the flow.

The text is high lighted in red because it does disrupt the flow. When you make a new tag, one of the first things to do is identify the flow and when you're putting text in, it's a good idea to try and tilt/rotate it to match the flow.

That second one and how it works so well with the background is perfect, only change is the text color should maybe be more yellow. The first is a little flat, I would try and also do some more work on it like the second one, like the coloring effects. Both are nice, and be the way, font you choose matches the backgrounds nicely.
