I know it's not the best but I just want to know on a scale 1-10, if it's decent. I'll be taking the first 3 requests to use as examples.

I would rate them 8/10. They are different from the normal shadows and I like those sprites.

The whole lightning effect ruins the whole point of a shadow. Lightning = bright and active and Shadow = dark and dull.
Whoever started putting lightning and all sorts with Shadows is dumb.

I love rating Kyogy's graphics. I'm never disappointed. I will say 10/10.

Well, I'm not saying they are all good as well. I made them by testing new tricks so I know they aren't flawless.

Hmm... Articuno's background is a little much but the actual sprite inside is flawless, please do not change it. For Victini is almost the same problem but also I think it a bit too blue maybe. The only thing about pichu is the pure white pixels in the ear and foot, they are a bit distracting to it. Overall nice sprites 7/10 :3 I believe you are almost there with them.

Decrease the glow.

I would say it's a 9.5/10. I love articuno sprite, it looks really good.

Articuno and Victini are flawless man i give em a 10, and the pichu an 8.
