im going to junior high i had some friends in elementary but most of them were jerks how can i make friends im going to try out for basket ball team maybe that will help
and in lunch im going to play basketball

Junior High is a big step from Elementary school. Just be yourself and that's the best way to get friends. If you make the basketball team assuming you all like the sport that's already something you'd all have in common with. Work hard in school make good grades if you can participate in after school activities as you get older the one thing you want to do is to get involved!

exactly what mountain dew said. get involved with as many things as you can because that's the way to meet the most people. I know how you are feeling just joined junior high last year.
