Well to battle it you need all 40 badges then when your in the battle to beat the whole thing you would need 6 Golurks with toxic and fly and the more Megahhorn, but they all give the same experience points and you get no reward for beating him, so you might aswell restart the battle after you beat the first Mew, this is the best way to train...
