This Contest is going to be Raffle,so everybody will have a chance to win.Well this contest it's just a simple contest.Registration will be close on the 16 Aug 2013, and the winners will be announce on 17Aug

Rules:

To add on only those people with 7ktl or less may join and highest level pokemon MUST be 8k or lower(CANNOT BE HIGHER THAN BOTH OF THE REQUIREMENTS)
