Looks too basic to me. No effects r visible tbh. 6/10

I'd like to see maybe one more effect over it, maybe like a white snow something, its just missing something but I like where it is going :3

like arsenic said most of the effects are not visible , it just looks like a normal piplup i d rate it 5/10

For me it looks like a normal Piplup without any good visible effects. If you add some effects that are visible it would look much better. For now a 6/10.
