B looks pretty well composed and thought out with a clear and non clashing or eaily merging colour scheme thought out in advance to fit with the character whilst A just looks like someone put a lot of effects over the top of a render and made it a muddy brown colour. Also in A there's that very weird triangle end to the tag which distracts my eyes from the rest of it as im trying to figure out what it is and why the hell it's there.

All in all B is the better tag.
