What if someone is in Rank five and dont want a custom rank. He/she did not PM you, dose that mean.. ?

if someone gets into top 5. i pm them asking about the custom rank he/she wants or they can ask for it. if the say they don't know etc then i leave it as it is. and tyvm!! :D
