Very original, very creative, love it actually; my favorite part is the circular motion for the background. The white really stands out against the black. All the colors work well together and flow nicely. Only thing I am a little picky about is maybe* all the pink in his mouth area, maybe a little white would help break it up? Idk, 10/10, 9/10 if it was rayquaza lol xD
