1.Study one month before exams and dont watch or play
a lot of games or TV( That doesnt mean you dont study before that

2.Try to have a 5 min break after 30mins or 1h if
studying (Believe me it helps)

3.Drink some regular water not sodas or fizzy drinks to
give some lost energy back to the body/brain

4.If you have to sleep at least 1h or 2h in the afternoon
to relax the brain (Optinal)

Also, figure out if you learn by reading, writing, studying pictures etc (also depends on the subject). Underline important key words in texts, it makes them easier to read. Not whole sentences, only key words. If you underline sentences you'll end up making the text look messy.

Test yourself by writing down questions about important things and later trying to answer them. If you are trying to learn words in another language you can make a memory game or put a paper over the words in the language you're studying in the glossary and see if you remember them. If you remember, put a dot by the word. Aim for 2 or 3 dots by every word.

Well I study 1 week before the exam like 3-4 hours per day is enough for me just my opinion

Well. In one of my hardest classes, my teacher told us to study 10 minutes everyday. And if you do this correctly your memory should recall the information rather quickly.

Totally works. Just make sure you study the key terms throughly so you remember them.

I don't follow that I only do 1 week before the exams or just review each day for at least 30 min - 1 hour.
