Um..
Id say a 7/10 The Lugia looks green yellow and not golden Try changing te color to a more orange yellow or golden yellow color

It looks ok but it could be better. It doesn't really have the golden colour but it has an awesome effect. The golden tutorial from Cyprum might help you improve your goldens. I rate it now 7/10

Golden Lugia
I like the second lugia better because of the shading. Maybe you could make it a little bit darker even. but overall i would give the first one a 6/10 and the second lugia 8/10

It looks pretty good tbh. The only thing is that the color is a bit too much white for the name Golden so i say that the color should be a bit more yellowish or golden. Lugia #2 has an awesum effect. 9/10
