if u remove the lightning effect it ll look way better , and do u use the wind effect or shift because try to reduce that as well i d rate it 7/10

Oooo! Very bright and actually like how the lightening is done (rarely do but you pulled it off quite nicely). Also love the white in the background, it adds a lot to it. 9/10 rating for sure, just keep doing what you are doing. This is great for your first :3

This is pretty good for a first sprite. Maybe make the glow a little darker and remove the lightning? It's not just your lightning it's just that you rarely see lightning that looks good on a Pokemon. 8/10.
